First time I tried Crossfit was at WMC and I dont see myself going anywhere else , the owner Jorge is great guy and has a great group of training staff who will help you with the correct form and techniques for crossfit, best monthly pricing in Miami and offer different various times for crossfit classes, I've been coming here for about a year and a half now and i could not be more satisfied, my favorite is the paleo meals offered and they are delicious with also good pricing , I definitely recommend this crossfit gym for anyone looking for a great price and staff.
